My research tells … Read more This is a beautiful original print on heavy beautiful quality rag paper of a hotel in Paris. My research tells me the following: The artist was Pierre Louis Moreau Desproux. The engraver was Paul Fourdrinier. I believe this is a lithograph (or sim.) print, that may or may not have been part of a book. The original drawing is in the metropolitan Museum of Art in NY. This print is likely from the mid to late 1800's. This print seems to be two separate pieces joined together, but it is not obvious from the front. See less
