Since its creation in 1958, it has captivated with its ingenious system of multiple shades, guaranteeing completely glare-free illumination and directing the light both gently downwards and sculpturally to the sides. This particular example impresses with its classic white exterior, combined with the ph5's signature purple connecting struts. A special highlight is the royal blue inner slat, which, together with the original red diffuser, creates an exceptionally warm and inviting light. Remarkably, this diffuser is still original – a detail rarely found on vintage models. For maximum brightness, it can be removed. As an authentic design object from earlier production, the lamp exhibits charming signs of age: small paint chips are present (see photos) and underscore the character of this classic.
