Solid cedar construction with rich reddish brown tone, visible knotting, rounded lid edges, and simple carved side pulls. Retains original manufacturer label to underside of lid.

Interior is fully lined in aromatic cedar, originally intended for textile storage and natural moth protection. Compact proportions make it especially versatile — works well as a blanket chest, entryway bench, bedroom storage trunk, coffee table, toy chest, breakfast nook bench, or end-of-bed storage piece.
