A monumental 77-inch sideboard from the Henkel Harris Virginia Galleries collection. Crafted from solid wild black cherry with a rich "Winchester" hand-rubbed finish, this piece is a masterpiece of 20th-century American Colonial Revival furniture.
This substantial buffet features a classic Queen Anne silhouette with a scalloped apron and elegant cabriole legs. It offers extensive storage with three deep, dovetail-constructed drawers and original, heavy solid brass hardware. Known for heirloom quality, Henkel Harris furniture utilizes mortise-and-tenon joinery designed to last for generations.
Condition:
Excellent vintage condition. The cherry wood has developed a deep, lustrous patina. Minor surface wear to the top consistent with age and careful use.
