A thoughtfully curated collection of four Japanese studio pottery vessels including sake cups and a petite pour form, each hand-thrown with distinct glazing, silhouette, and surface character. Though varied in form, the grouping feels beautifully cohesive through its restrained palette and quiet materiality.
Highlights include a softly ribbed bowl with indigo brushwork, a finely crackled celadon-style glaze over warm terracotta banding, a sculptural white vessel with graphic vertical striping, and a striped yunomi-style cup in earthy rust and slate tones.
Together, the set embodies the tactile irregularity associated with wabi-sabi ceramics — balancing utility with sculptural presence. Beautiful styled on open shelving, beside natural linen and wood tones, or incorporated into an intimate tea or sake ritual.
