Have yet to find another example of this type of marking/signature. Larger than normal "LC/6" Numerals Stamped into the underside of the stretcher bar. In addition there are larger than normal stamped numerals "1200" for the edition. Table appears to be the earliest of production by Cassina. number 1200. Cassina started production on the table in 1974. Guessing this was a custom option with the gray bar.

Table comes with the desirable Crystal textured glass top. It is a heavy sheet of glass. It does have a small sliver chip on one end. That piece has been saved and can be adhered back on once table is positioned. Should be not very noticeable. Please request photo of the piece.

This example has some wear to the finish. No longer has the glass bumper like supports if it did originally. Assuming these can be replaced from Cassina. Also assuming there were feet glades at one time which would also need to be replaced by Cassina.

If you are in search of this design and prefer to have a vintage early production, then this is a nice opportunity to acquire one. See less
