The body is made of heavy, mouth-blown smoked glass (fumé), shaped into an organic, undulating silhouette. A particular highlight is the chrome-plated finial on the underside, which gives the light its characteristic space-age look.

the tint of the glass gently filters the light, creating a warm and glare-free atmosphere. The refraction of light in the glass's curves also produces elegant reflections on the ceiling.
