The palette is harmonious and lively, featuring madder red, soft blue, ivory, sage green, and touches of yellow, creating excellent contrast while maintaining a refined balance. The borders are intricate and well-proportioned, with multiple guard bands and a classic Shirvan geometric main border, framing the composition with clarity and precision.
A well-executed village weaving featuring vertical rows of stylized boteh motifs within a finely articulated multi-border system. The drawing is balanced and rhythmic, with a slightly broader weave than the finest Shirvan examples, giving the piece a more robust, decorative character while retaining regional precision.
