A striking example of Italian functionalism, the Blip spoon rest is a celebrated collaboration between designer Paolo Gerosa and the Laura Polinoro Workshop (LPWK) for Alessi. Its name and fluid, undulating form are inspired by the concentric waves created by a single drop of water.
Fun fact: Its name, "Blip", is an onomatopoeia for the sound of a drop hitting water—perfectly captured in its sinuous, wave-like form.
Crafted from premium 18/10 mirror-polished stainless steel, the Blip is designed to cradle spoons, ladles, or tasting utensils of any size.
