Vintage studio pottery bowl or planter with a really beautiful organic glaze in layered blue, green, charcoal, and earthy brown tones. The surface has a soft speckled texture with subtle variations throughout that give it a calm, handmade feel.

Signed on the underside, appears to read Seagrove, likely tied to the well-known North Carolina pottery tradition. Nice simple cylindrical form that works well as a cachepot, small planter, catchall, or sculptural shelf piece.

The glaze shifts nicely depending on the light, with darker pooling toward the interior and a warm earthy rim left partially exposed. Has that understated wabi-sabi look that mixes easily into modern, rustic, or collected interiors.
