The structure features turned and fluted legs, joined by a linear band embellished with decorative applications in gold pastiglia with plant motifs and scrolls. The light lacquer, accompanied by decorative gilding, has been restored over time, giving the whole a pleasant and decorative appearance, while still revealing later interventions. The dark top with warm yellowish veining appears to be older than the frame and lends the whole an interesting textural contrast. The whole appears to be the result of an assembly or reworking carried out with elements from a previous era, subsequently refined and harmonized, probably during the twentieth century. A versatile piece of furniture, it can be used as a wall console, a side table, or a decorative element for classic or eclectic environments. Good overall condition, with normal signs of aging and subsequent workmanship. Dimensions: width 130 cm, depth 68 cm, height 80 cm. See less
