Solid Marble Tops are very heavy, due to the support constraints of wood, MCM pieces used manufactured wood or types of plastics or resins to create pleasing leg designs that could support the heavy Marble Tops and fit the aesthetics demanded of the MCM Era.

This set is very nice as is and can be used as is or could be refinished using blending sticks or have it professionally restored.

I have included enlarged close ups of some of the compromised places, but as an everyday use set... these spots are hardly noticeable while in use and are much smaller than pictured.

Coffee Table: 46" long 21" deep 17" tall
End Tables: 21" square 23 1/2" tall
