Both have the American Seating Company stamp on the bottom. They're made of plywood and metal...very strong and sturdy. Folded they are each 33" tall, 17" wide, and 5" thick. Open the seat is 15" wide, 16" high from floor, and 17" deep and the back is approximately 30" high from floor. They may have some light scratches or scuffing consistent with age and use but were recently cleaned and polished. See less
