Set of four Charles Pollock for William Switzer English spindle back dining chairs featuring hand-finished frames with spiral turned stretchers, sculpted spindle backs, and woven rush seat platforms. A refined interpretation of classic European and Spanish Colonial forms, executed with the elevated craftsmanship and custom finish work associated with the William Switzer collection.
The chairs feature substantial, heavy construction with beautifully aged pale green painted frames and richly textured rush seats. Their sculptural silhouettes and artisan finish give them a sophisticated collected presence well suited to traditional, Mediterranean, coastal, and organic modern interiors.
