With his tables, Ballez makes a crossover between the natural travertine material and a modern, tight design. The combination of the airy glass top with the heavy, constructivist travertine foot keeps the design perfectly in balance. The see through surface allows the guests to admire the architectural structure of the travertine column beneath. This glass top is a new one, made according to the exact original measurements, including the beveled edges. The travertine has still the natural crevasses, they were not filled nor honed and it’s in good condition. The glass is in mint condition.
