Originally introduced in 1949 in sweden as the “string” system, it quickly became a benchmark of modular shelving and remains in production to this day.

overall set size is h: 78 / w: 237 / d: 20 cm.

the set includes six teak shelves with adjustable height, allowing for flexible configuration depending on storage needs. The shelves are mounted using metal ladder supports and hook fittings. Crafted in teak veneer, the shelves showcase a warm tone and elegant grain, perfectly complementing the light and minimal structure. Thanks to clarity and practicality, the system gained international recognition, winning a gold medal at the milan triennial in 1954. It will become an elegant storage solution in vintage-inspired or contemporary interiors.

this set consists of:
- 6 shelves, 20 cm depth,
- 4 metal montage ladders, 78 cm height.

the wood has been cleaned with professional compounds and protected with a few layers of stain and a low-sheen lacquer. The set remains in great vintage condition with minor signs of age consistent with use. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
