Set of 6 "Moulin" chairs by Pierre Paulin, originally designed in the 1950s and produced by Artifort.
Black lacquered tubular metal base creating a light, open structure. The upholstered seat and back, covered in Kvadrat wool selected by Artifort, introduce a softer presence in contrast with the linear frame.
The design belongs to Paulin's early work, where forms are reduced and the structure remains clearly expressed.
Presence of an metal label marked Artifort, Moulin, Pierre Paulin.
Manufacturer: Artifort, Netherlands, circa 2000 This piece has an attribution mark,
