Antique European travel trunk from the early 1900s featuring a beautifully aged brown exterior with wood slat banding, metal hardware, riveted trim, corner protectors, side handles, and original locking/latch details. The trunk has a strong industrial-meets-Old-World look with great patina throughout, including age-related wear, scuffs, oxidation, surface marks, and distressed character consistent with its age.
The interior opens to a divided storage compartment with a light-toned wood and paper-lined finish. The inside is spacious and functional, making this piece ideal as decorative storage, a coffee table trunk, blanket chest, entryway accent, prop piece, or vintage display item.
