From my research, I'm assuming this piece was created around the early 1920s, however, I'm not 100% sure. Regardless, it is in excellent condition considering its age.

There are two issues that should be noted. 1. The locking mechanisms are missing on at least one of the doors. 2. The window on the top hutch has been removed at some point to replace the inner glass shelf. The inner trim will come with the piece, but I won't replace it in case the new owner wishes to get access to the inside of the hutch, and/or wishes to have it professionally restored. There are a few knicks and bumps too. I've left a few pictures of those. less
