Subject and Style: The voluminous cup-shaped body is triumphantly decorated with complex and masterful embossed craftsmanship. The lower band is enlivened by a dense, deep, and elegant leaf motif in strong relief, while the upper portion is expertly finished with a hammered texture that masterfully captures the light. Two refined twisted metal ring handles are attached to the sides.

Material and Finish: The powerful and heavy supporting structure is entirely forged from solid brass. The entire exterior surface has been embellished with a luminous silver plating. The interior, designed to accommodate vases and water, reveals the true nature of the raw metal and the distinct negative grooves of the embossing, now covered with a deep, natural patina of oxidation.
