Marina with Sailing Ship, signed and dated John Henry Mohrmann 1908, oil on canvas depicting the three-masted brigantine Giuseppina, flying the Italian flag, sailing along the English Channel. The painting is on its original canvas in excellent condition with a gilded wooden frame. The canvas measures 60 x 101 cm. John Henry Mohrmann was a painter born in Germany in 1857, active in Antwerp, Belgium, and died in 1916. The painting is signed and dated in red, lower left.
