Late Republic of China ROC (1912–1949) to early People's Republic of China (PRC) original painting on silk, circa 1950. Seal signature upper right. Jacquard silk ribbon edging. The painting is in excellent condition, no issues noted.
Original mid century frame, it retains the original hanging hardware which is age consistent with the mid century period. The wood backing is nailed in place with thin pieces of hand cut bamboo. The frame measures 13.5" height, 11.5" width and 2.25" depth. Original glass. Minor wear to frame mentioned for accuracy.
