A magnificent pair of mid-century cast stone planters featuring a rich Neoclassical design. Rescued from an elegant estate in Charlotte, North Carolina, these heavy-weight vessels are adorned with high-relief fruit garlands and classical Lion Masks.
The natural, century-like patina is exceptional, featuring layers of silvery-gray lichen and moss that can only be achieved through decades of outdoor exposure in the Southern climate. With a substantial 20-inch diameter and deep planting depth, they are as functional as they are decorative. Perfect for framing a patio entrance or as focal points in a traditional boxwood garden.
