This high-quality “Naoko” teapot, designed by Carsten Jørgensen for Bodum is a striking example of the postmodern Danish design of the 1980s, crafted from stainless steel with distinctive feet.
It is crafted from highly polished stainless steel and features an integrated tea strainer.
This impressive design classic was named Naoko because its form is reminiscent of a classic “genie lamp” or “Aladdin’s magic lamp.”
Danish designer Carsten Jørgensen drew inspiration for the design from the flowing, organic silhouette of an oil lamp.
