Compact table lamp in a functional industrial style with a heavy metal base, tall adjustable stem, and characteristic articulated arm. The semi-circular metal shade is painted in a dark fir green and can be tilted via a screw adjustment. The metallic surfaces exhibit a natural, even patina – typical of early workshop or laboratory lamps. The original toggle switch is located on the base, and the cable appears period-correct, but not new. A faded popular mechanics label is visible on the shade, indicating an american origin.
