Original set of six dining chairs by Poul Cadovius for Denmark, crafted from exquisite walnut and featuring newly handwoven paper cord seats.

The chairs showcase Cadovius's signature lightness and architectural clarity. The elegantly tapered legs, with their sharply defined edges, are particularly striking, creating a captivating contrast with the softly curved backrest. This combination of graphic rigor and organic form makes the set a powerful example of Scandinavian mid-century design.

The seats have been completely rewoven by hand using traditional paper cord. The walnut surfaces have been professionally cleaned, refinished, and carefully restored, preserving their original character.

Condition: Expertly restored – newly woven seats, cleaned and refinished wood surfaces, sturdy construction. Very good vintage condition with a high-quality feel and presence.
