Original three-seater sofa, model FD 130/3, designed around 1960 by the Danish designers Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen for France & Daverkosen (later France & Søn), Denmark. This model is one of the most elegant designs of Scandinavian mid-century design and impresses with its clean lines and sophisticated construction.

The sofa is made of solid teak and has been fully restored. The upholstery has been renewed and reupholstered in a high-quality, light bouclé fabric from Sahco by Kvadrat. New dust protection has also been installed under the seat. The frame has been carefully cleaned and freshly sealed.

Characteristic features include the elegantly curved armrests, the sled-like legs, and the beautifully shaped backrest, which is attractive from all sides, allowing the sofa to be placed freely in the room.

Condition: Expertly restored – new upholstery and cover, frame cleaned and sealed, structurally inspected. A high-quality, iconic vintage sofa in excellent condition.
