An exceptional mushroom lamp by Peill & Putzler from the 1970s.
It emits a warm, pleasant, and glare-free light.
The lamp is made of cased glass in the period-typical color combination of orange, green, black, and beige.
The base uses an E14 socket for candle bulbs, and the shade uses an E27 socket.
The shade holder is secured to the collar of the base with three clamping screws. The shade simply rests on the holder. Felt protects the glass on the three arms that support the shade.
