The circular white marble … Read more Pair of Napoleon III pedestals in mahogany featherbed with a marble top and gilded bronze inserts. The circular white marble top is surrounded by a finely chiseled gilded bronze profile. The band under the top is highlighted by bronze elements with a leafy motif alternating with rosettes. The four square-section feet are connected by a circular top terminating in bronze feral paws. General Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional shellac and alcohol hand-applied method. Origin: France, second half of the 19th century. Measurements: Diameter 40cm.
