Set of six 40/4 chairs designed by David Rowland. Orange painted metal seats and backs with steel rod frames.
Clean, minimal form with the tight stacking profile these are known for. The painted metal gives them a slightly more industrial feel than the plastic versions, with a harder surface and a more durable presence overall. The orange color is bold and consistent across the set and reads especially well in natural light.
All chairs are structurally solid. Surfaces show age-appropriate wear including scratches, scuffs, and some edge wear to the paint, as shown in close-ups. One chair shows more noticeable wear along the back edge. Frames show typical wear but remain sturdy and straight.
Original label present on at least one chair.
These work well as a dining set, studio seating, or in a commercial or creative space. Stack easily for storage.
