Model 685 belongs to Bellini’s celebrated Le Bambole seating family, one of the most influential Italian seating designs of the late 20th century. This documented example reflects Cassina’s later production of the design and retains the sculptural comfort and generous proportions that define the series.

The sofa has been reupholstered in a deep burgundy fabric which now shows significant wear. Most buyers will likely choose to recover the piece. The underlying structure remains solid and the sofa presents as an excellent restoration candidate. Priced accordingly to allow for professional reupholstery.
