Dating from the Historicism period, around 1900 to 1920, these chairs are crafted from high-quality, dark-stained mahogany or walnut. The set is distinguished by its characteristic curved cabriole legs and intricately openwork backrests, adding an elegant touch to any dining room. A particular highlight is the hand-stitched floral embroidery on the seat of one of the chairs, while the other four are upholstered in a matching, subtly patterned fabric. The chairs are in well-maintained, age-appropriate condition with a beautiful patina that underscores the antique character of this special ensemble.
