Beautiful pair of vintage Louis XVI-style fauteuil (open armchairs) in the classic French Provincial tradition. Imported by Import Consultants International of New York, circa 1970s–1980s.
• Solid hardwood frames with hand-finished walnut-tone stain
• Carved oval medallion backs with brass nailhead trim
• Fluted tapered legs with carved rosette corner blocks
• Scrolled, upholstered arm rests
• Velvet upholstery with original tags intact
