The … Read more Carved from solid hardwood, this coffee table is one of the most architecturally ambitious pieces in the Logniture collection. The surface is not flat but rises across three distinct levels, each carved from the same mass of timber, giving the piece a fractured, landscape-like quality that is unlike anything produced by conventional furniture making. The entire surface carries the raw energy of the chisel, with bold tool marks, natural checking, and faceted edges that shift in character as the light moves across them. The deep matte black ebonized finish holds everything together without softening any of it. Low to the ground and commanding in footprint, it owns whatever room it is placed in. Well suited to Brutalist, minimalist, and dark contemporary interiors. Designed and made in Europe by Logniture, a studio dedicated to turning raw timber into heirloom-grade furniture and objects.
