Charming small Restoration period sofa in solid walnut.
Featuring an elegant and balanced design.
The slightly inclined, straight back is framed by scrolled armrests, typical of the period, terminating in attractive carved scrolls. The piece rests on cabriole front legs and saber-shaped rear legs, lending lightness and dynamism to the silhouette.
The seat and back are upholstered in a polychrome striped fabric (red, green, and yellow), adding a vibrant and decorative touch that contrasts pleasantly with the warmth of the wood. The upholstery is highlighted by scattered upholstery tacks.
