It was designed by French-American designer Raymond Loewy for Doubinski Frères as part of the futuristic “DF2000” line.

Produced in limited numbers, this model rarely comes onto the market. Especially with its original Doubinski Frères label still intact.

The tabletop is finished in white Formica, set on a cast aluminum base, combining Loewy’s industrial precision with everyday practicality.

The top is in near-mint condition, with some visible but honest wear along the edges. The wear is consistent with age and use, and adding to its authenticity rather than detracting from it. It looks natural, not as damage.

The base has a slight curve where it meets the floor, but this doesn’t affect the table’s stability at all. Otherwise, the base is in very good condition.
