An elegant machined metal ashtray from the 1970s, in the style of Pierre Vandel, known for his geometric and minimalist creations in brushed aluminum.
Made entirely of milled metal, it features a matte finish with subtle reflections and a rigorously symmetrical design, typical of high-end industrial design of that era.
The circular openings around the rim directly evoke the pencil holders and desk accessories designed by Pierre Vandel: objects that are both functional and sculptural, where the rigor of the form becomes decorative.
