Offered for sale is a watercolor on paper painting by Cuban-American artist by Baruj Salinas (1935–2024). He was an acclaimed Cuban-American abstract painter and architect known for his gestural, cosmic, and lyrical paintings, which often explored themes of light, clouds, and spirituality. A key figure in the Cuban diaspora, he co-founded the GALA group in Miami and lived in Barcelona, collaborating with poets and influencing modern Latin American abstract art.
