Originally conceived in 1977 and first released between 1979 and 1980, this model stood out for its innovative structure. This initial version is commonly referred to as the ‘Francesca Spanish 1’.

In 1982, the design was further developed and later put into production by Baleri Italia in 1984. This updated version introduced two variations of the backrest: one with two perforations and another constructed with three metal tubes, marking the evolution into the ‘Francesca Spanish 2’.

These chairs feature a silver-lacquered tubular frame paired with a black textured plastic seat, characterized by its two distinctive cut-out holes. This particular set represents an early edition and retains the original ‘Baleri Italia Starck’ marking underneath.
