An absolutely wonderful chair that almost feels like a small work of art, the kind of furniture you can never get enough of. The model was designed by Arne Hovmand Olsen for Boltinge Stolefabrik and originated in Denmark, where function and aesthetics meet in the best possible way. This is a chair that lifts an entire room and becomes a beautiful interior detail, no matter where it is placed.
This is model No 75, made of teak with beautifully dark tones in the frame and a softly rounded seat. The cocky slanted legs give the chair a modern and elegant expression, while the darker tone of the teak creates nice weight and character. The rounded back plate is made of a slightly lighter teak, which provides a very nice contrast to the darker legs and highlights the chair's beautiful shape in a harmonious way.
The back plate is smartly mounted on the back legs and also has a practical handle on the back, making the chair easy to move as needed. A functional and decorative detail that is enhanced by the elegant screws and spacers in brass, which contribute nicely to the chair's elaborate overall impression.
All parts are softly rounded, which gives the chair a lovely tactile feel and an inviting expression. It is truly a chair that embraces the body in a pleasant way. The comfort is fantastic and makes you want to stay seated for a long time after dinner. Here, space is created for relaxation, long conversations and nice moments with family and friends. This is a chair that will quickly become a favorite place in the home.
The seat is upholstered in soft leather in a pleasant beige tone that gives the chair a modern feel, while the quality of the chair is from a time when solid craftsmanship was a given.
The chair measures 47 cm in width and 47 cm in seat height, with a total height of 80 cm.
The chair has new padding with very good load-bearing capacity and new upholstery in soft leather in a beautiful beige shade that only becomes more beautiful over the years. This piece has an attribution mark,
