These are not factory-molded; each glass was individually hand-blown by a master artisan in Venice, Italy. They feature a striking, vibrant ruby red bowl perched atop a clear, elegantly twisted spiral stem.
The Mark of Authenticity
Each flute features a rough-snapped pontil mark on the underside of the base—the "handprint" of the glassmaker. This confirms their artisanal origin and distinguishes them from mass-produced imitations. The "Gold Ruby" hue is achieved through traditional Venetian techniques, giving the glass a depth and glow that machine-made glass cannot replicate.
Condition:
Excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs. As these are handmade, there are slight, charming variations in height and the spiral of the stems, which is the hallmark of true Murano glass. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
