These wonderful lights were produced in italy by barovier during the 1940s. In fantastic condition, with no chips or cracks. These finely crafted murano sconces feature magnificent shades recalling the shape of a bellflower, with exquisite details. The effect when lit is simply spectacular, highlighting the outstanding quality of the blown glass. The backplate and curved arms are made of solid brass. The brass has a warm golden natural patina that has been left unpolished to preserve their charm and historical value. The lamps come wired and tested, compatible with both us and eu/uk standards, and use a standard e14 light bulb each. The elegant design allows them to be mounted with the blown-glass diffuser either pointing upwards or downwards, making them simply spectacular when lit. An incredibly elegant and unique pair of sconces, perfect to elevate a living room, entrance hall, or bedroom with a touch of timeless and authentic italian design elegance.
