A fabulous pair of large vintage candlesticks, hand crafted in solid brass, circa 1960.
The candlesticks have a brutalist yet refined mid century feel to them, the slender stem with irregular brass discs is very a lovely detail, the domed base and tops are perfectly proportioned.
Wonderful aged patination which has turned to a rich bronze tone, left in as found condition (as we prefer this). Signs of age and use as pictured but no damage.
Each candlestick measures (cm) 53 high, the base diameter is 8, the top diameter is 5.5
