This charming piece of Americana is a classic 1930s - 1940s teapot from the renowned Porcelier company. Crafted in high- quality vitreous china, it features the beloved "Colonial Hearth" scene, a hallmark of Porcelier's raised relief hand-decorated artistry.
It's a standout piece because the front showcases an intricate, 3D embossed scene of a cozy colonial fireplace complete with a roaring fire, a cat resting nearby, a spinning wheel, and classic mantle decor.
Designed as a substantial "family -sized" pot, it usually holds 44 to 60 ounces (about 6-8 cups).
There are no cracks or flea bites. Measures 7.5 tall x 9.5 width from handle to spout.
