This example features a finely drawn allover Herati (Mahi) pattern set on a navy blue field, with motifs rendered in brick red, ivory, and light blue.

The rug is framed by a well-defined ivory main border with palmette and vine elements in blue, green, and red, providing clear contrast to the darker field. Secondary borders in complementary tones complete the structure.
