Exquisite 19th-century Persian Bidjar (Bijar) Halavi rug is a masterwork of antique craftsmanship, originating from the late 1800s. Featuring a refined Herati geometric pattern, the rug showcases a richly detailed design with an ivory field and a prominent navy blue diamond medallion, accented by light blue anchor pendants and a striking red subfield.
Intricate motifs in green, tan, blue, brown, and ivory create a harmonious allover pattern, exemplifying the enduring elegance of traditional Persian weaving. The composition is framed by a deep navy main border adorned with classic turtle motifs, complemented by a rare outer border of red and ivory geometric elements.
