Antique Indian Amritsar from the last quarter of the 1900s with an open field and a central medallion. The Amritsar rug has a beautiful light blue/purple color field with a central medallion in red. The major border consists of red with purple accent colors. The minor borders are gold and red colors. Amritsar and Agra rugs from the late 1800s are some of the most beautiful rugs that were woven in the tradition of rugs from the Mugul era in India.
