Original signed surreal figural painting on stretched canvas. This striking composition features a hooded, geometric-faced figure rendered in dramatic black and white tones, set against a vertical blue drip background with floating blue spheres. The work has a strong contemporary surrealist presence and displays well as a statement piece.
Signed "Acosta" at lower left. The reverse appears to be inscribed "Toyoy" and dated 01/24/09. Unframed.
A visually compelling one-of-a-kind work with bold contrast, moody atmosphere, and strong decorative impact.
