elegant round teak extendable table produced in the 1960s by the swedish manufacturer j.o. Carlsson of vetlanda, as indicated by the original branding under the top. Equipped with two extensions, the table can be extended up to 220 cm, maintaining aesthetic and functional continuity. J.o. Carlsson vetlanda was one of the manufacturing companies active in småland during the post-world war ii period, an area renowned for its cabinetmaking tradition and the diffusion of modern swedish design. Its production was distinguished by the careful use of teak and by furniture with a minimalist style, designed to combine quality construction and everyday functionality according to the principles of nordic modernism.
