1960s teak veneer table with integrated central extension, produced by Karl Andersson & Söner, removable frame with brass details.
Round extendable dining table produced by Karl Andersson & Söner, dating back to the 1960s, made of teak veneer. The top opens via a 44 cm wide central extension, allowing for a fluid extension while maintaining a consistent grain pattern. The removable frame and brass details highlight a meticulous and functional construction. The design is in line with Danish modernism, with affinities with the works of Henning Kjærnulf and Arne Vodder, characterized by balanced proportions and clean lines. Good condition.
